This place is abandonned. It looks like it was a shopping center with the name of the nearby street, or the name of the nearby metro station that gets its name from the same street. A group of squatters occupied three houses in the middle of the Pijp. They turned it into confortable dweling and even had a café. Broek's houses
This is just a new district in the south of Broek in Waterland. Houses try to imitate the traditional wooden walls of the area in the north of Amsterdam but colours are more fancy.

Playground

Stammermolen
Along the river Gaasp, on the Stammerdijk, stands the remains of the Stammermolen (Stammer windmill) or Gemeenschapsmolen II. This was the second of two windmills build in 1872 to dry the Gemeenschapspolder. In 1926 a diesel engine was installed by the first windmill. This second one has been beheaded and some parts has been used for the rebuilding of the Gooyer windmill.
